This house, between party walls, allows us to integrate a courtyard, which together with the planting of bamboo, creates a vertical communication space that illuminates the entire central part of the house.

In the living room, the double-height space enhances the sensation of spaciousness and allows for the creation of small corners for reading and contemplation on the ground floor.

Externally, the balance is sought between a traditional style and contemporary elements, playing with window frames and the accesses to the dwelling.
