This project is a great opportunity to look back, learn from our ancestors and about the traditional techniques.

It was created out of the desire of a family committed to conserving the historical heritage of Mallorca. Understanding the mills as a sign of our past, it is decided to rehabilitate it and bring it back to its initial state.

​

The renovation of the tower and the pool, together with the installation of new machinery, with all its components, will bring it back to its splendour and preserve this mirror of the past.

​

The usage of traditional techniques, the participation of craftsmen such as the “Moliner” in the manufacturing of the machinery and reusing elements that are more difficult to manufacture nowadays are some of the ingredients that make this project very interesting.
